What should I do if I am late to the ceremony?

What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code for the wedding is Cocktail Attire.

  • What we recommend for men: suit & tie or slacks & a nice button-up with dress shoes.

  • What we recommend for women: cocktail dress or nice sun dress.

Please note that the cocktail hour will be held on grass.

We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! The only thing we ask is that you please not wear white dresses, jeans, sneakers, or flip flops.

Wear any color you want, but if it helps you coordinate:

The bridesmaids will be wearing a dusty rose, the groomsmen/women are wearing dark gray, and the groom will be wearing light gray.

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

The dress code for the welcome party is “dressy casual”. Wear what you might wear to a nice dinner out.

Are children permitted at the wedding or welcome party?

While we love children and would love to have all of them join us, our venue has a strict limit on number of guests and so we have decided to limit the children invited to those of the wedding party, with whom we have already spoken. If your child/children were not listed on your invitation, unfortunately they are not able to attend. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

What weather should we expect?

In the summer, Sonoma is typically dry and hot during the day, but temperatures drop 10-20 degrees at night. Make sure to bring a jacket, as the wedding is 100% outdoors!

Are ride services like Uber and Lyft available in the area?

Uber and Lyft both operate in the area, but they can be unreliable, so please build a 15-20 min wait into your plans. We will be offering a shuttle (see top of page).

Is there parking at the welcome party, wedding and Sunday brunch venues?

Yes, parking is available directly in front of both the welcome party and wedding venue. For the Sunday brunch, there is a parking lot across the street from the venue.

What will the bar be like at the welcome party?

It’s an open bar, so no need to bring cash. As the venue is a winery, no hard liquor is allowed on the property, but there will be complimentary wine, beer, and NA beverages.
